Joining is simple! You can sign up directly on our website, apply through a research project, or follow us on social media for updates. Once you’re registered, we’ll keep you posted on opportunities that match your profile.
Life happens, and things change. If your details change, like your email address or phone number, just let us know. Drop us an email at hello@giveopinions.co.uk, and we’ll update your profile to keep you in the loop for relevant research opportunities.
Applying for research
When you apply, we ask questions to see if you match the criteria our client has given us about the people they would like to talk to. Think of it as a matchmaking service for your opinions.
If you’re a match, your application will be shortlisted in order of priority for the project. Then we hit the phone.
It’s important that we have a conversation with you. We want to get to know you better, allow you to ask any questions you may have, and share the essentials you need to know. It’s our way of making sure you feel comfortable before you participate.
If you haven’t heard from us, we may have already found enough participants who fit the criteria. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities!
Taking part in research
Once invited, you’ll receive an email with all the details: date, time, location (or online link), and incentive information. It’s everything you need to prepare.
We ask that you be honest, punctual, and prepared. Complete any pre/post tasks, stay engaged during the session, and respect others. It’s all about creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
If you require any support to participate, let us know. We’re committed to making research accessible and will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Payment for research
You’ll be compensated for your time, with payments typically made via BACs, vouchers, or cash (for in-person sessions). Payment timelines vary, so check the details provided in your research invite.
If there’s an issue with your payment, contact the fieldwork agency and copy us in – hello@giveopinions.co.uk. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Data security
Your privacy is our priority. We store your data securely and comply with all data protection regulations. You can request access to your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@giveopinions.co.uk.
We only share your data with research agencies when necessary and with your consent. Rest assured, your information is handled responsibly and in line with legal requirements.
